Artist Module

The artist “module” is comprised of two main “panels” that house information about the artist’s manager, address, telephone numbers, and fields for categorization.
Across the top of the artist module, you will notice the eight tabs. The “tabs” have the following representation:

· Main Info. Main Information listing for the artist. These two panels are displayed in
the above screen and the screen below.

Custom Fields - You can have your own custom artist fields set-up for your database. The custom artist fields are defined and used strictly by your agency. Up to 18 different fields can be assigned.
G/L Panel – If you want to review the G/L entries (which make up the accounts payable) – simply click on this panel. All G/L entries that are related to this artists will appear in this panel.

Associates – Another feature of the Artist Module is the ability to “relate” associates from the
PhoneBook. Who is an associate? An associate may be anyone that is the PhoneBook database, that you wish to relate to the musician. Some examples of an associate may the artist’s road manager, light /sound crew, or the musician’s home address.

Riders – You can create riders for each of artists. Each artist can have three different riders, which are reports that you create using Crystal Reports (from Seagate software – which is not included in your purchase price). The riders can print at the beginning of the ‘P’ – print all pending print function for
contracts.
Photos - If you are working with artists, actors or models, it is sometimes necessary to have pictures of the
artist(model/actor et al…). Book-It2000 can accommodate this process, although it is not part of the delivered software – except for Book-It2000 for Managers. How many photos???? Up to 999 graphic files per artists.
