The Venue module consists of
two main sections:
"Physical
Address" - contains information about the physical
location and and attributes of the venue
and/or venue-room.
"Booking Section"
-details whom is responsible for managing
or booking the entertainment at the
specific venue or room.
Features:
Buyers – Section . Allows
you keep track the buyer for the venue.
Contract Defaults
– contains sections that can be used to
automatically default verbiage on to the contract.
Capacity
- Identifies the size of each venue.
Categories -
Further define the room / venue for easy searching.
Hours of Performance
– Information from here automatically
defaults onto the contract.
Itineraries
– you can produce itineraries for each of the
venues that you book.
In addition to the two sections of the main data record, there are
"panels" for accommodations, and notes.
