Book-It2000 Engagement System allows
you to track all sorts of different engagement types, from Blocks and
Holds - to Appointments (for
Managers). Many of
the options within Book-It2000 can be customized to match your
needs. The following is a summary of features and functions within
the Contract/Engagement module.

Overview
The Contract Module (also known as
Engagement Central) allows you to schedule and assign all type of
engagements. Once the engagements are set-up, itineraries, tracking of
commissions, generating letters/forms/invoices are
activated.
Several of the features and functions that are available within
Book-It200 are customizable either by industry (i.e. artist management
vs. booking-agents) and/or by each company.

The artist “module” is comprised of two main “panels” that house information about the artist’s manager, address, telephone numbers, and fields for categorization.
Across the top of the artist module, you will notice the eight tabs. The “tabs” have the following representation:
· Main Info. Main Information listing for the artist. These two panels are displayed in
the above screen and the screen below.

Buy/Sell
Processing
Buy & Sell processing lets you define the
difference between what you paid for an act, and what you sold the act for.
Book-It2000
keeps track of multiple commissions for Buy & Sell(s) in addition to regular
contracts
Separate contracts (one for the artist and one for
the purchaser) can be generated from the same contract record.
Commissions from both the artist and the purchaser are automatically
tracked, generated and monitored by B2K, once the contract is entered.

Payments / Split Point Processing
Have complicated offers? BK2
offers the ability to make and document complex offers - based upon different
split-points, bonus incentives and admissions.
The split-point figures can also
be combined and/or used with the PEMS Worksheet. The Split/Point screen allows you
to keep track of the performance of each artist after the dates have played - and adjust
commissions accordingly.

management company and a talent agency). BK2000 solves the problems of
printing contracts, forms or invoices for multiple companies. You
can several different contract forms, with up to 3 different
companies.

Reports
Book-It2000 now allows our clients to
include their own set of reports, which have been customized specifically
for them. BK2000 features numerous reports, statements and letters
that you can immediately use. But, if you need a special report, for
the way that you do business, those custom reports can easily be included.
