Illustrated above is display of the yearly itinerary view for a specific
artists. Book-It2 also offers you a monthly & daily view - that allows you to
see visually - what talent is booked where and when. Some features of
our itinerary functions include:
- Fax directly from BK2, using your own desktop software.
- Email -Attach as document to any email.
- Produce a negative itinerary of all your
artist - Produce a report that shows all the dates that your artists are
available - and send the report out to your clients!!!! (Saves
our clients hundreds of hours !!!!!!!!)

Bk2000 has six different report formats to choose from, in addition to being
able to have your own custom itinerary. Produce different formats for
different audiences

Custom Itineraries
The Book-It2000 has several different
itineraries to choose from. However, our programmers at EBT will be happy to customize a
contract for you. Please provide the following items:
- A layout of your existing itinerary. Also indicate if
Hold/Blocks are to be included in your custom contract.
- A name and telephone number of a person that can answer
questions about the contract if we need to call.
- We will accept a check, money order, or Visa for the
payment of $ 98.99
- Once we receive your itinerary in the mail, we will need up
to 10 (ten) working days to create the custom contract.
- After we return the itinerary to you for review, you have
10 (ten) days to review and test the contract. After the ten days are up, then you agree
that the itinerary is just the way that you want it. Any additional changes to the
contract, requested modifications or corrections will be charged on a per hourly basis
(please contact EBT for the current rate.)
