Have you backed up your
data lately? Have you ever tried to use your data that you have backed

from an unfortunate soul who has either had is hard disk crash, or some
other calamity happen. In addition to re-installing all of their
software, the beleaguered client also lost all of their data. Why?
Because they never backed it or, they can not find their backups.

my data pretty often – and I made the back-ups to disk. Only problem
was, the fire burned the disk and my computer."

Remember – in order to back up your
files safely (and without EBT’s DataExchange Back-Up), you need to do
the following:
- Back-up files (always a good first
start)
- Occasionally test to ensure that your
files that you are backing – can be used.
- Take your back-ups, off-site – to
some other physical place.
- Continue to do the above in a timely
fashion

1.) Go into Book-It 2000
2.) Click on File (at the very top)
3.) Click on EBT Control
4.) A box will appear. Click
on Phone Home.
5.) Click in the boxes: Tran Files
and Databases
6.) Click Back/Send Files button at
the bottom.
7.) When the program has backed and
sent the files it will
tell you.
8.) EBT then receives your
databases.
