How to Customize your Contract Category Types

1.	Go into Book-It 2000.
2.	At the very top: File, Edit... Choose Utility
3.	Choose Operational Control Record

4.	When that comes up At the very top: File,... choose Categories
5.	Choose Engagement Types

6.	A box will come up with a list.

7.	Scroll down to the bottom.
8.	In the last line enter the category, i.e. Church

9.	Then click on the box where the two letter digit goes and enter a two letter digit.

10.	Then click the down arrow on your keyboard.

11.	Repeat the process as many times as needed.
12.	Once finished just click the X at the top. - It will save automatically.
13.	Then you can go back to contracts and choose the category and print.
14.	If the category does not show up. Go out of Book-It 2000 and then go back in.
