 Why doesn't everything on the contract screens in Book-It2000 - print on my contract?
 Only the fields that you that tell us to print on a contract - are going to print on the contract.  So, as an example, if the Comments fields found on the Guarantee side panel of the Main Contract display , is not mapped to your contract - then it will not be printed there.
It is up to you to decide what you want printed on your contract.
Can Book-It2000 print more than one contract form.  I have two different contracts that I want to print - depending on the artists or the engagement?

You can have up to 8 different contract forms.  The contract form that prints - is determined by what number you put in the Contract ID field on the Buy/Sell screen.

Printing Errors
Receiving Errors in Printing Contracts or Contract Report - Error is Invalid Formula.  If you have not recently installed any new EBT updates, the most likely cause for this error is data that you have input into Book-It2000 that does not fit the format expected.

Although every effort has been made to protect both you and Book-It2000  from receiving/inputting invalid data (information that is keyed into the various data fields) that Book-It2000 can not handle correctly.

If you receive 'Invalid Formula' and you have not installed any new updates, review contracts that you have either recently added and/or edited.  Some of the fields that you should review are:

Money and date fields, percentage fields.  Most monetary fields expect at least a zero dollar amount or zero percentage amount.
