Book-It2000 ver 2.2 was released on October 4th, 2002.  One of the newest features is the integration of the Internet web reporting and DataExchange.  Click on the sites listed above to get all the details!

ITINERARIES
  • Print your own custom itinerary.
  • Six month-at-a-glance view, easy notebook style printing.
  • Add /subtract whatever fields to the itinerary you want to print.
  • Print the itineraries in calendar format, along with three other formats.

CONTRACTS

  • Ability to default information from the Venue Notes, into the Contract Notes - automatically.
  • Automatically add new venues and purchasers to the databases at the same time
  • Extract from your information from your ACT database.
  • Ability to perform 'In-House' splits.

Custom Hot-Key Processing:
Wish that Book-It2000 could perform a certain function or have a custom screen that was just for your agency?  Now with Custom Hot Key processing - EBT can provide you with many customization alternatives.  For instance, we have some clients that want detailed information on venues; with the Custom Hot process - no problem.  Our client now has their own screen and functionality - and Book-It2000!  Please contact EBT for additional details how we can customize functions for your agency.
Built-In Web Browser:
 As part of EBT's Internet integration direction; Book-It2000 now has a built in web-browser.  The web-browser can be used to certainly surf the web; but will also be used to access new and enhanced features in future Book-It2000 releases.

 
CHANGED:
Artist-Avail Function:
 The ArtistAvail function has been modified to selective search for Exclusive and Non-Exclusive artists.  Now with the push of one button - Book-It2000 can search your entire database to see what artist's are available for a given date.
Contract Grid:
Contract grid has been modified to include the Total Gross commissions due for a contract.
Monetary Processing:
Monetary processing for artist advances has been revised so that artist can be advanced monies after a date plays - even if you have not received deposits.  The system will continue to track the monies due you - and monies you owe as well.  
Entertainment Types for Venues & Artists:
As part of the integration of the Artist Avail Network agreement - EBT has changed the Entertainment Types for Venues and Artists to be alpha-numeric.  In addition, new codes have been added - and others will be available for modification in future releases.
