• Copy any file, picture, or sound wave from Windows Explorer or MyComputer and click on the binder clip in Book-It 2000 and attach that document to that record.
  
  
• You can save all of the song lists, photos, and sound clips for your artists in the artist record in Book-It 2000.
  
  
• Do you copy returned contracts?  Now you can save and attach the copies to the corresponding contract in Book-It 2000!

• Now allows you transfer names between any module!
  
  Allows you to "orphan" names - where the person no longer belongs to a specific company or record, but allows you to keep their information.

• We've also added the ability to "assign" functions by module for each global name.

• AFor Bk2 3.3 we've added check box to update the date that the contract was received, at the same time posting the deposit.
  
  
• Added Applied Commission Process. Transfers monies due to artists, to monies owed for commission - from a new selection screen.
  
  
• Split Artist Advance/Artist Due field into to two different sets of fields for easier processing review.

• Can now transfer module records.  
  For instance, if a "data base record for agencies" should actually be in Producer/Buyers module - you can now transfer the entire data record and all related global names to the new module.
  
  
• Enhanced Global Name Search:
  Added new search capabilities in the global name listing.  Can search by last name, first name, and/or company name.

• The Single Item Search (soon to be referred to as "Query Builder") queries can now be applied to any of the modules associated with the Single Item Search.

• Changed the engagement type assignment to display "PUB"/ Public setting.  If the setting is N, then when itineraries are built for the public, any engagements with N type will be excluded from the Public Itinerary.
  

• Added the ability to email out the itineraries from BK2 as well as perform export of PDF and RTF documents.
  
  
  

• Additional Provisions.  If your company uses unlimited Additional Provisions feature, spell-check has been added to spell check the selection.

• Merge PDF reports. Can merge 2 or more PDFs into one PDF, if emailing out.
  
  
• When printing engagements, all related documents (i.e. images, documents, multi-media ) are all displayed with the contract  printing - so that it can be attached (if emailed from EBT).
  
  
• Changed the "look" of the contract print panel to more efficient.
  
  
• Removed the Export / Email buttons from the Print Preview panel and replaced with a single drop down selection box.
  
  
• Added the ability to display a yearly calendar and monthly calendar. Interface was also updated.
  
  
• For artists - in preparation for the Artavail Web update - a web control panel has been added.  Release 3.4 will complete this new update.

• BOD now deletes all blank global name records that may have been created by either import routines, auto-add routines - or insufficient data.
  
  
• No More Crystal Reports:  With 3.3 release all EBT products all free of Crystal reports.  *Please note that if you had customized reports - using Crystal Reports as the basis for the those reports - they should have already been updated. 
  
  
• Additional accounting and database changes have been implemented so that the implementation to Quick-Books (in 3.4 release) - can be accommodated.
