do I use Data Exchange?
This is very simple and easy to use. Just follow the steps below. |

| 1. | Go into Book-It 2000. |
| 2. | Go into Contracts |
| 3. | Go to the top where it says File and choose Data Exchange and then Dxh-Push. |
|
|
|
| 4. | Boxes will appear as the data exchange is going. |
|
|
|
| 5. | Once the data exchange is finished the boxes will go away. |
