How to Add Action Codes in the Communication Station

About Adding Action Codes in Communication Station
There are two sets of action codes. One is for your global names table to identify people. To learn how to do add those action codes for global names click here . The instructions below are for the actions code used in the Communication Station such as follow up, phone message, project tracker, etc..


 1. Go to Utility
 2. Go to Operational Control Record
 
 3. Go to Categories
 4. Go to Action Codes
 5. A Box will appear.
 6. Put your curser in blank line with the * next to it.
 7. Put in the description. For our example we can use Phone Message
 
 8. Put in the CAT, which should only be 3 digits long. For phone message we can use PHN
 
 9. To save it put your curser on the line below.
10. If you are finished you can exit out. Otherwise you can repeat steps six through nine.
