to Transfer from Module to Module

Now you can transfer a listing
from one module to another. Say for example you just got off the
phone with a producer and you realized you've input all his information
into your agencies module, now instead of re-typing all your information
you can easily transfer the record to the correct module.

Select the record you want to
transfer |
|
|
| 2. |
Right click that record &
select "transfer to a different module" |

| 3. |
Now it will ask you which
module you would like to transfer it to select the correct module you want
it transferred to and click select |
|
|
| 4. |
Now it will ask you if you
sure you want to delete it from it's current (incorrect) module, click on
yes. |

| 5. |
Once this is done you can go
to the module you have transferred the record to and you will see it
there. |
