How to Map a Drive (for XP):

1.

Go to My Computer (double click on it to open it)

2. In the Address Bar is My Computer. Click on the V button and choose My Network Places

3. Double click on Entire Network

4. Double click on Microsoft Windows Network.

5. A network will show up (our example: XYZ) Double click on it.

6. Several Networks may appear or only one, choose the network (in our example X) and double click on it.

7. Several drives may show up or only one, choose the drive (in our example Drive B) and RIGHT click on it and choose Map Network Drive.

8. The Map Network Drive box will appear.  In the drive will have a letter.  Choose the V and find the letter for the drive you are mapping. (Example: Drive B will be mapped to Drive S)

9. Once the letter drive has been chosen click Finish.

10. This will map the network drive to the computer. Restart the computer to gain access to it.
