How to Uninstall a
Program:
Follow the directions below to
uninstall a program. All of EBT software uninstalls will work the
same way. If you have any questions please click here.

Go to Start |

| 2.
|
Go to Control Panel |
|
(click on images to enlarge them)

| 3.
|
Double click on Add or
Remove Programs |
|
|
| 4.
|
Click on Program you wish to
Uninstall -- If there are two programs uninstall the Update first. |

| 5.
|
Make sure the program is
highlighted and then click on Change/Remove |
| 6.
|
It will ask if you want to
uninstall Automatic or Custom -- Choose Custom |
|
|
| 7.
|
Click Next |
| 8.
|
Click Select All |
|
|
| 9.
|
Click Next |
| 10.
|
Click Select All |
|
|
| 11.
|
Click Next |
| 12.
|
Click Select All |
|
|
| 13.
|
Click Next |
| 14.
|
Click Select All |
|
|
| 15.
|
Click Next |
| 16.
|
Click Select All |
|
|
| 17.
|
Click Next |
| 18.
|
Click Select All |
|
|
| 19.
|
Click Finish |
|
|
| 20.
|
Once it has finished the
program will no longer be in the list of of Add or Remove Programs. |

Go to Start |
|
| 22.
|
Go to My Computer |
|
|
| 23.
|
In the address bar Type in: C:\Windows
-- Click Go |
|
|
| 24.
|
Find ECS.ini and delete
it. -- If you can't find ECS.ini click here |
|
|
| 25.
|
Now the uninstall of the
program is complete |
