The "Media" Tab under the Artist module allows you to add pictures, sounds and web-sites to each artist profile.

Once you click on the media tab it automatically populates with the artist name and artist number. This is also where you can chose to build a web profile, and once it is build you can enter the web address in the "Web Directory" box.

Next, you can add picture files, sound files and web files.

To add a picture simply click on the add button at the bottom of the picture box.  This will open a "browse file" of your pics and from there you can select the picture you want and then click "open."  This will add a link to that picture into the list on Book-it.  You can add several pictures.  Once you have the box populated, click on the link to see the pics.

To add a sound file simply click on the add button at the bottom of the sounds box.  This will open a "browse file" of your sounds and from there you can select the sound file you want and then click "open."  This will add a link to that sound into the list on Book-it.  You can add several sounds.  Once you have the box populated, click on the link to hear the sounds.

To add a web (such as an artist's profile or an article found on the web) simply click on the add button at the bottom of the web box.  This will open a "browse file" of your web files and from there you can select the website (page) you want and then click "open."  This will add a link to that website into the list on Book-it.  You can add several websites.  Once you have the box populated, click on the link to view the website.
