We are a small but growing company in a "production" environment,
needing to more effectively communicate with our clients; potential
clients and support a growing editing service. We have been in business since 1986, and have yet to have had a dull day. We have immediate openings for
someone who has excellent writing / communication skills.
Knowledge of basic web-page design is an extreme plus. Need
to have great grammatical skills and be able to spell.
This position would be excellent for some one who is wanting gain
additional experience for public relations; publication experience;
and/or to final use some of those writing skills you have developed.
100% of the work is from your computer... wherever you are at.
REQUIREMENTS:
Position will have all the following duties:

Write email newsletters on a periodic basis to clients
about security and Internet issues. We will provide initial
materials; you will put in consumable style.

Edit newsgroups on a variety of subjects that you probably
really aren't interested in. The editing is to reduce pages
and pages of chit-chat down to concise details / summary items.

Create press releases / news releases on new products /
features of different products that we are releasing.

Assist with content development of web-sites.

Develop step-by-step How to Guides (and yes, you get to add
pictures too)
YOU MUST BE...
If you are honest, dependable, willing to put fort extra effort (on your own time)
to hone your skills) and have an extreme desire to learn and get started in
writing, editing - this job is yours!
WORK-HOURS / SCHEDULE
10-20 hours per week. Anytime you want to work.
You can work in your pajamas, or from a beach, at home ... et al.
We pay for results. Pay starts at $ 6.5 per hour.
As we said, hours are extremely flexible. For the short times
that you are working coming to our office (for initial training), we are open from 6am-7pm M-F, and Saturday 10-4.
However **NO** work on Sundays (even off-site).
If you are from outside of the Ft.Worth area; it simple to arrange for a
"telecommuter " interview. Just indicate

The first interview process will consist of a brief description of
yourself, activities, et al.. we will describe our company.
Next, there will be a brief application form to fill out. This
application form - includes, but is not limited to - you showing
us how to you would write a news release, or edit a existing content. Entire process will take approximately 30 minutes.

ABOUT DRESSING FOR
INTERVIEWs...
Unlike other places - there is no need to "dress-up" for us. We will be in jeans when we interview you, so you can be too. However, discretion is good.
If we are interviewing you via the phone... discretion is still good

2ND INTERVIEW... After reviewing your application, which includes
the aforementioned programming test - a second Interview will be
planned. Again, reference the dress clause. This interview will
take approximately 45 minutes. If both you & 'we' are satisfied- you will be offered a position starting immediately.
