We are a small but growing company in a "production"
environment, needing to meet a growing demand for graphic
development for websites, as well graphics for our own
software. We have been in business since 1986, and have
yet to have had a dull day. We have immediate openings for
graphic designers for websites {some publication processing is
a possibility}. Must be able to create layouts for
websites and as well as specific graphics logos.
This position would be excellent for some one who is wanting
gain additional experience for web design and Web site
creation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Position will have all the following duties:

Design
Web sites for
various types of clientele.

Multiple
Web layouts and
POC (proof of concepts) usually up to 3 layouts
-
Edit web
design if so
needed.

Create
buttons, icons, and logos.
-
Flash
Development? If you have Flash experience,
this would be great.

Knowledge of
actual HTML is considered a plus.

You can use
any viable software to create the layouts (DreamWeaver,
Adobe Photoshop, PaintShop Pro.. et al).

If you are honest, dependable, willing to put fort
extra effort (on your own time) to hone your skills) and have
an extreme desire to learn and get started in web design and
web development, - this job is yours!
We are a production site = we have deadlines and schedules to
meet. If you can not meet deadlines,
follow directions ~ this would not be a fun job for you.
WORK-HOURS / SCHEDULE
Work would initially be on a contract basis. You
can work in your pajamas, or from a beach, at home ... et al.
We pay for results. Actual pay varies greatly based upon
project and complexity.
Our clients have
specific needs and wants. In some cases their
"desires" may not match your creative thoughts...
therefore flexibility is a requirement!
As we said, hours are extremely flexible. For the short times
that you are working coming to our office (for initial
training), we are open from 6am-7pm M-F, and Saturday 10-4.
However **NO** work on Sundays (even off-site).
If you are from outside of the Ft.Worth area; it simple to
arrange for a "telecommuter " interview. Just
indicate when & where to contact you.

Unlike other places - there is no need to
"dress-up" for us. We will be in jeans when we
interview you, so you can be too. However, discretion
is good. If we are interviewing you via the phone...

2ND
INTERVIEW...
After reviewing your application, which includes the
aforementioned samples of your graphics - a second
Interview will be planned. Again, reference the
dress clause. This interview will take approximately
45 minutes. If both you & 'we' are satisfied- you will
be offered a position starting immediately.
